It's the 1st official day of Practice Monday February 3rd @ Canyon High Track! Practices are held from 6pm- 8pm
Please arrive 10 minutes before practice starts to be ready to run.

We will have all age group's practice at Central Park (on Bouquet Canyon Road) from 9 am- 11 am Saturday January 25th. We will met by the back side of the basket ball courts.

Starting Wednesday January 22, 2020, 6 pm-7:30 pm Athletes are encouraged to join their coaches for some pre-season workouts! This is also an opportunity to come out & register in person, order uniforms & spirit wear.
